Felt really good today so attempted a new deadlift PB - 170kg top 0.8% of men (2.3 X Body Weight) and got it 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 Upped my mobility work recently along with recovery, ice baths, breath work, higher protein target, daily creatine, collagen, omega 3s, Himalayan salt in water + a few other tweaks & more whole foods in general.
