Friends play guitar solos – Part VIII
..
Next up: Christian „Greilich Fuchtel“ Greilich – stay tuned!
..
Today: Philipp Herget — basically a musical Swiss army knife. You’ll find him on all kinds of stages, across all kinds of styles — and somehow he always delivers. And it’s not just guitar I can learn from him… as I found out once again today, on the mountain bike as well. 😉
Next up: Christian “Greilich Fuchtel” Greilich – stay tuned!

⚠️Disclaimer: Silly faces included!

I had to record some ‚stereotypical‘ song snippets for a portfolio, so I decided to share it here too. Here‘s what I think „Alternative-Rock, Contemporary Funk and TV-Show Pop Soundtrack“ sounds like.

Thank you to @johnnythunder_666 for taking care of the drums on the first two tunes 🙏

Trying to match Chris‘ very fluid, yet articulate phrasing as good as I can🥵

Transcribed some @guthrie.govan
@eastmanguitars SB59 into my @victoryampsuk V130. Delay is the APR-87 by @walrusaudioeffects

Guthrie used a lot of room sound for his guitar tone, so there is quite some phasing with my guitar going on, but there you go🤷‍♂️ by @philherget

First notes in new flat 🏠
Really like the natural reverb, but I guess I gotta get some furniture at some point..
