PROUD RECRUITER POST

A few days ago I had the opportunity to watch 3 of my guys graduate from Boot Camp and earn the title United State Marine!
Even more rare of an opportunity was watching @connerottusmc receive the Company Honor Man award for being the top recruit out of 477 Marines. It’s one thing for me to recognize natural leadership in the people I recruit, it’s another thing for them to be recognized in front of thousands on a stage that not many can say they have ever stood on!
To say that I’m proud is an understatement. This is one of the best rewards I’ve ever received and it has absolutely nothing to do with me.
Conner, @philip.weller_ and @straub_06, thank you for going out there and showing the world why RS Fort Worth is the best recruiting station in the nation. Welcome to the Family! taken in Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego by @philip.weller_
