In a guest op-ed for Mind Forward, former Vogue, Vanity Fair and GQ writer @philippianne describes how psychedelic experiences led her to rebuild her life and become a founder in the psychedelic space.

She writes: “You won’t get just a “breakthrough” with psychedelics. You will need a full reset. You will say hello to reorganising your entire life. So what happens to your life when you do psychedelics after 40? It kind of explodes. But you will also see, more clearly than ever, who you actually are. And who you don’t want to be any more.”

The gym has become a place to me where I process a lot of things. Since my last mushroom journey in February this year, I am so to say “under construction “ and rethinking my life. Outcome? I am now seriously planning my move to NYC and I am applying g now for the o-1 A visa. When my industry is blooming, blossoming and growing like it is in the US, I want to be there. Also I finally found a group of people here that is like minded, supportive and just great. So after my journey I followed 1) the chance to grow and build 2) relationships and authentic support. But don’t think that my “research “ will ever stop . I am making these journeys a constant experience in my life and at least once a year I am going on a high dose of mushrooms. So far it has changed my life in ways I never had expected. In ways to brought out the best in me. I am just starting to understand who that person is. That’s why I founded @the.newhealthclub . To show and tell you about these possibilities that human beings can experience with these compounds. by @philippianne
