Friends, especially my Canadian Friends Pamela Glendinning , Jeanette Kriek Hoft , Mark Robert Steven Bruce William Steven , Deanne Steven, Warren Urbanowski and others in B.C. and Alberta!

Kit, our elderly 11lbs dog Alfie 🐶 and I will be embarking on an epic Roadtrip through British Columbia and Alberta next Wednesday for ~10 days (in my EV 😑). I would love to get your advice where to go / stop, what scenic routes to take, where to stay, what to eat, what to avoid and hopefully even meet up! Please share your insights.

Here's the potential route we are thinking of (unless the weather is really bad and we go S or to Vancouver Island instead)

Seattle - Vancouver - Harrison Hot Springs - Kelowna - Revelstoke - Golden - Banff - Icefields Parkway - Banff - Kootaney Bay - Nelson - Spokane - Seattle

What I am not sure about is if we should drive up Icefields Parkway from Banff all the way up to Jasper and then down again or just part of it from Banff / Golden.

What a day!!! Seattle crew crushed it at the 20th Kiteboard 4 Cancer race today in Hood River!

Scored 1st Place🥇 in the individual foil race, followed by my Lake Washington training partner Mircea in second 🥈 place and Mike McCarthy in 3rd. Ray (Mircea's son) scored first place in the Groms Twintip division and @lynzeeisshredy (aka Shredy) killed it with a first place in the Twintip Women's!

Awesome event! More action tomorrow! Thanks for all the organizers and volunteers for a great time!
