Nancy with our great guide Luciano Leone in Herculaneum, the affluent seaside town that shared the same fate as Pompeii when Vesuvius erupted in 79AD. Amazing what archeologists have uncovered in the past few years and now using AI to decipher ancient scrolls. So fortunate to be able to catch the revival of playwright Clifford Odet’s hit 1937 play Golden Boy starring the oh so swoon worthy Josh O’Connor as the violinist turned boxer.
