📍Just checked out the newly opened 🍝 IL Gusto Tavola in Old City, and it definitely made a strong first impression.We started with the fried calamari, Italian sausage, and mussels a perfect lineup of appetizers. The calamari was crispy and tender, the sausage was packed with flavor, and the mussels were fresh and served in a rich, savory broth. Also to mention we had their famous grilled squid.For the main course, we enjoyed a couple of their creamy, savory pasta dishes, each delivering comforting, authentic Italian flavors.To finish the night, we ended with their Chocolate Tiramisu which was so rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to wrap up the meal.What stood out to me most, though, wasn’t just the food, it was the passion behind the restaurant. The owners are two brothers who are in the kitchen preparing the dishes and out on the floor serving guests. @verona_pizza_pa has one of my favorite cheesesteaks and a hot honey pizza not only sweet, but added a perfect savory touch not 🍕to mention the sweet chili wings is a must have. Stopped by Good Hatch Eatery in West Philly and this spot is definitely one to know. Located right on Pine Street, they’re serving up breakfast, brunch, and lunch with a menu full of classics like steak & eggs, breakfast burritos, pancakes, and signature sandwiches. Everything is made fresh with bold flavors, and you can tell they put real care into each dish. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a full meal, the vibe is welcoming and laid back.
