My precious second baby grandson was born already in the arms of Jesus at 21 wks, on July 17th at 4:27am. . His due date was Thanksgiving Day. My daughter gave the most heart felt tribute to her baby boy. Joyelle and Matt have displayed such grace and God’s supernatural strength in the face of deep heartache. I’m so grateful that I was able to be with them during those intimate moments of labor and delivery. We held Elton and dedicated him back to his creator. Enough tears of sorrow fell to fill an ocean, but also immense gratitude to God for Elton’s life, because it forever changed us. Losing several pregnancies myself, it wasn’t an experience I would ever want for my own child, but what an honor to journey with daughter, as my mama did with me after my losses. This year, I dedicate my version of “Christmas In Heaven” in memory of our darling, Elton Elwood Duer. I know you’re being cradled in the arms of Jesus, your aunties, uncles, grandparents and many other family members enjoying the perfect presence of God in Heaven. My “baby” boy graduated from Liberty University Online Academy back in May. On August 22nd, Justice began his new journey at University of New Hampshire! Love you, son.
