•Vulnerable flowers of the universe {part 1}

like a flower is inspired by spring to bloom

so are you, to smile, encouraged by the moon

it's as though the stars were made to shine especially for you

shimmering in the gloomy sky, captured from many miles high

salvaged from afar, you'll munch up one star
and sparkle with so much pride

your dreams, they'll come alive and rescue you from those idling times

so let your hopes run high

because even though it doesn't turn out perfect,
you'll be just fine.

so flower child, promise me you won't wither away

and allow not the seasons to stop you from growing perpetually

for your irrevocable beauty is captured by the eyes of the unknown

no you're not perfect, but you're precious and it shows

and never fail to remember...

your delicate petals cannot grow when you hide from the stormy weather

Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path

when I dont know where to go, Your word springs forth
shining in the dark places of this world that we walk
a path You've carefully set out for me, that even when I cant see,
Your light will shine in the dark

Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path
this is a light that can never be dimmed
it's a supernatural force that makes its home within
with this my soul knows that even in the darkness I can win

Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path
It is a truth that cannot be shaken or changed to make you comfortable in your sin
no, because the One who defeated the darkness made a way for us to be free
so that we can bear the fruits of the spirit leading us to purity

Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path
In the darkness I speak, when Your word illuminates me
a light shining so deep that it overcomes my own understanding
breaking barriers that only You can come between
as I let Your Spirit lead Your true glory is revealed.

don't be in a hurry to get older, they said
and now we're way past the age where we could watch our favourite cartoons or shows without worrying about any responsibilities
we were free to be in our own little worlds, so seperated from reality
now we're seeing all the things they see, doing all the things they do
although there's benefits too
however, it's at the cost of losing our innocence as we go into adolescence
our portraits of when we were younger is now just a reflection of who we are inside
only if we look deep we will find, who we once were as a child
as we grow old we try our best to keep them alive
whether it was the best or worst years for them to witness
these are the years we get to transform and uplift them
to see them glow in the places that the darkness couldn't fathom.

why are we so controlled by our emotions
always searching for a new story, a love story that's not even meant to last
on this road of life, going so fast
we have so many opportunities to take a chance
to spread our wings and fly but we're too afraid to crash
things fumble and get too complicated before we can make a decision
it becomes too late to determine whether we'll fly or fall to our own derision

I cannot be tied down to anything for too long
when I move with a stamina and purpose that's so strong
putting my roots down wherever I find I belong
wherever I will grow is where I'll evolve

catch me underground but also at the top
because the only way is up when you hit rock bottom
building from the place we began
bringing together all the elements we have
while mother nature holds us as we take control of the land

dreaming big from a small place sets you up for expansion
there's nothing better than praying for something and seeing it happen
but when you look in the mirror and see someone that's lacking
you will only be limited within the law of attraction

If all hope is lost for you and all you see is black
without a reason to believe that light will shine through the crack
rest assured that many blessings await you despite the load on your back
although the path can be challenging and the enemy can distract

as I began to recognize all the breakable bonds in our minds
the language of the universe started to synchronize
bringing up all the past shadows that we left behind
to set them free and create space for the transforming of a new mind

🕐°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°🕟
time is not passing, time is not flying
look at what we've been through and look at where we're at
look at the time now and tell me, what have you been doing lately
have you been spending your time wisely?
or have you been sitting on your phone idly?
I think time is what structures our reality, the fact that we're in this huge galaxy
but if the sky stretches into eternity, how far are you and I from our destiny?
maybe we're there already, but we're restricted by the illusion of time
our dreams, beliefs and feelings are all so sublime
intricately lodged in the crevices of our minds.
time is not ticking, nor is it turning
we're all connected on an endless journey, at the mercy of time's constraints
but with the boundless energetic field of the human race
all the seconds, minutes and hours cannot determine our fate.
