It's been a while since I posted, but I haven't stopped crafting. This lovely little baby set is ready to be gifted to a new resident on this earth. Done in cotton yarn in turquoise and white from my stash following the free Bernat "Knit Leaf & Lace Set" pattern by #yarnspirations
Madly in love with this leaf yoke!

The joy of being a crafter is being able to whip up a small present for a surprise birthday gathering literally over night. This cute little bat is the proud bringer of a scroll.

In a recent bout of reorganizing some crafting boxes I found a few finished cross stitches. What a nice surprise! For this piece, I also found a suitable frame in my stash and attempted a new (for me) way of securing the back.
Pattern by Lindsay Swearingen @tuskandcardinal Eyeballed the colours, stitched 2 over 1 on 23-count black evenweave.

Create safe spaces! Now more than ever.
Stitched four over four on 26 black eavenweave adorned with black ribbons and crocheted bats. Swipe for a view of the back.
This hoopframed stitch now graces the wall of my favourite local goth shop. @nyctophilia_shop is a warm and welcoming safe space and they just celebrated their 5th birthday 🖤

Look, more baby-related content! I turned the Vintage Lola Ripple Throw pattern by @mamainastitch into a perfectly baby-sized little rainbow blanket. Crocheted with a 4 mm hook and baby cotton yarn in rainbow colours. Unfortunately, the purple doesn't show up on any foto properly, it's lighter and more purple than seen. The texture is just wonderful! And the family loves it.

Prepare yourself for more baby-related craft content because apparently 2024 is the year for all the people around me who have been wishing for a child to finally get that wish fulfilled. That's what all those pattern folders, Pinterest boards, and craft books were waiting for!
Here's my first ever baby cardigan. The beautiful pattern is "Autumn Leaves" by #nikkivandecar knitted with size 4 needles and a lovely aqua cotton yarn with silver thread. The buttons are from my grandma's stash.

To greet the arrival of a long-longed-for baby of friends, I knitted my first ever baby blanket as a gift. Absolutely love this leaf pattern. Also, I could use this beautiful teal merino aran superwash yarn from my stash that was just perfect. And because they called the baby little radish before it was born, I of course had to crochet them a little radish rattle.

I love to make bags matching the style and personality of the player! This is the second dice bag for a friend who started playing Dungeons and Dragons. Made only from materials from my way-too-exuberant stash in his favourite colours with lace, black sequins and a row of green seed beads at the bottom.

More nerd stuff! We gave a friend #magicthegathering cards for her birthday. As packaging and card storage I painted and decorated this wooden box with leaves, ornaments, and the sigil of her horde. It came out rather nicely.

When some of my friends started a new Dungeons and Dragons group, of course I offered to make them dice bags. With one condition: I will use only materials from my way-too-exuberant stash.
This was the first one, for a friend who wanted something matching the fun of the game and his favourite pink dice. As I had no pink fabric, I added pink beads to the strings and three shades of pink seed beads to the opening. Also, the bottom is made of velvet to make holding it in your hand a nice haptic experience.
He loves it! And there is enough room for more dice.

This teeny #glowinthedark snake in a dome with golden eyes and golden egg is a Christmas present for my fairy godchild. I also made the small #mushroom shelf.
