Really. Loving my biking training sessions. Lot less pounding than my running. Another good hard ride. 20+ miles 1:08 minutes in my max HR ZONE, over 90 % of max! Love the tracking and analytics from the POLAR HR !!! So much better than my old Wahoo !!!! Oh, can’t go balls out gotta ride defensively until I hit the river path. by @philosophy6

Another awesome ride today improved all the numbers. With a lower max HR and my typical avg. HR on a hard work out! Much easier on the body too. Safe rides… good planning! by @philosophy6

It seems somethings never change. For centuries Polaris the star in the tale of Ursa Minor has been faithfully shining and pointing the way north as a guidance for thousands of sailors with only the stars and maybe a compass as the technology that guided them to their destinations! I wonder what went through their minds on the pitch black nights on the open ocean and the skies full of billions of stars! by @philosophy6

Well if you know me you know what means…. It car touch up time ( clear coat repairs. These are the Magic ingredients. They should have multiple pictures, you can see my spray booth and some shots of the process. Of course prep work is key so you missed all the sanding and primer and more sanding. 320 grit 600 grit 1000 grit. The tack cloth the prep wipe and then last but not least a dust free painting environment. Well as dust free as I could get it. It’s important you follow instructions on this stuff as excess humidity can mess up your paint job. by @philosophy6

I’m getting a little ticked off with my iFit program on my treadmill🤬 there’s a leaderboard on the right side so you can see how are you did with your age group. You can see on the right it says I did 5.07 miles BUT I actually did 5.32 miles!!!!! What gives that’s a whole quarter of a mile difference🤬 !!! There’s a place to leave comments after your run, I gave it the thumbs up but I ask why are you ignoring my best efforts? When you “ go after it” and spend yourself that leader board is the recognition you’re looking for🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼 by @philosophy6
