My dad built one of the first bars in Meatpacking. I grew up hearing stories about a neighborhood that shaped a generation — and now, somehow, we get to open a place of our own just blocks away.

Sirrah is more than a restaurant. It’s a tribute to the lessons, losses, and late nights that brought me here. To my mentor and partner Ryan — thank you for believing in me. And to everyone who’s supported me through the hardest, most unforgiving industry in the world: I’ll never forget it.

Meatpacking raised us. Now we’re raising the bar.
