WELCOME TO KŌRA CLUB ♥️

I created KŌRA because I know how easy it can be to feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like you're the only one struggling with the things happening inside your head.

But I also know how powerful it can be to find people who just get it.

So, I'm so excited to introduce KŌRA Club — a space within the KŌRA community created for girls to learn, connect, grow, and have the conversations we don't always know how to start.

A place to talk about ADHD, mental health, confidence, friendships, school, anxiety, burnout, and all the messy, beautiful parts of growing up.

There will be resources, courses, challenges, conversations, and most importantly, a community of girls who are figuring it all out together.

No pressure to have all the answers.
No judgement for asking questions.
No pretending that everything is always okay.

Just a space to be real, feel supported, and know that you're not alone. ❤️

Some people come into your life and you don't realise just how much you need them until you look back and see how different everything could have been without them.

The people who found me when I was lost, who made me laugh when I forgot how, who reminded me that I was worthy of love when I couldn't see it in myself. The ones who sat beside me through the hard days and celebrated the little victories with me.

They didn't fix me—because I was never broken—but they helped me find the pieces of myself I'd lost along the way. I genuinely don't know where I'd be without them. I think sometimes God sends us people who become little pieces of heaven here on earth, and these are mine.

My safe places, my favourite people, my reasons to keep going, and the people I'll forever be grateful I got to meet. I love you more than I'll ever know how to put into words. 🤍 by @phoebegrace_kora

Some seasons ask us to hold on, and others ask us to let go. Let go of the fear that keeps you small, the guilt that steals your joy, the expectations that were never yours to carry, and the chapters God has already closed. Trust that what He is leading you toward is greater than what you're leaving behind. Healing begins the moment we stop clinging to what was and start walking in faith toward what could be. There is no greater love story than the Gospel. Before we ever chose Him, He chose us. Before we could earn His love, He freely gave it. John 3:16 is more than a familiar verse—it's the heart of our faith. It reminds us that our hope isn't found in being perfect, but in the perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ. No matter where you've been or what you're carrying, His invitation remains the same: come, believe, and receive the life only He can give. Sometimes we get so focused on how far we still have to go that we forget how far we've already come.

Growth is rarely loud—it's found in the quiet moments when you choose to keep believing, keep praying, and keep taking the next step even when you can't see the whole path.

If you're in a season where giving up feels easier than pressing on, let this be your reminder: your story isn't over. God is still writing it.

One day you'll look back and realise that the chapter you almost walked away from became the one that changed everything.
