Some of my favourite moments from Kenya 🦒

This trip was the first I’d taken since my dad’s spirit left his body, and the first time I travelled with his ashes. It was clear he wanted the opening of his ceremony to start here.. on the mother land.

Once of the most profound moments, whilst there was a lot of them.. one that will stay with me forever was when I arrived to the Maasai village. I just stood there almost stunned, unable to hold up my camera, tears started streaming as their voices enveloped me. Their songs and prayers breaking my heart wide open, giving me full permission for my grief to be felt in its totality - I looked into their eyes, with tears, hands on hearts, woman to woman, grief to grief, joy to joy. The beauty and sadness of living this wild and beautiful human experience.

To the incredible team at @virginlimitededition and @finchhattons , thank you for the love and care you showed me throughout this trip. You made space for something I’ll never forget.

There’s a particular kind of blue you only really understand when you’re standing beside the Greek sea.. the deep blue of the Corinthian Gulf, the hazy blue of the mountains in the distance, the brilliant blue of a sky that seems to go on forever. This is the colour palette of our Return To Your Rhythm retreat, where we’ll spend six days swimming, moving, feasting, making, wandering and remembering how good it feels to simply be alive. 💙

Down a little wild track, through olive trees and wild Mediterranean herbs, is our very own secret cove. Somewhere you can dip in before breakfast, lie like a lizard in the sun, forget your phone exists and maybe decide to swim with just the sea enveloping your skin 🍑

This one is a very special collaboration: our private chef Josie, with her love of foraged, seasonal food, cooking alongside the house’s Greek γιαγιά (yiayia), Mrs Giota, who brings the kind of recipes and kitchen wisdom that can only come from a lifetime of feeding people. We’ll be feasting on wild greens, fish caught by her husband, herbs, glugs of olive oil… Greek sunshine on a plate.

The villas rooms feel as though they’ve grown out of the landscape around them, colours pulled from the sea, the olive trees, the stone and the wildflowers, with paintings, antique furniture and little treasures collected through the family generations. 🦋

We’re going on a boat! We’ll sail out along the Corinthian coast, to tiny islands and wild cliffs, stopping at ancient temples by the sea and beaches you can only reach from the water. October is such a beautiful secret here.. warm seas, golden light and very few other people around.

So many mermaid moments on this retreat 🧜‍♀️ imagine sinking into this bathtub at Olive Sanctuary. The floor to ceiling marble bathroom has the dreamiest freestanding bath.. the perfect place to soak, unwind and have some alone time. And this is the last suite available. So, if you’ve been secretly eyeing it… consider this your nudge.

This October, we’re gathering in the Peloponnese, Greece, to bring together all of the magic we have to offer: movement, nourishment, creativity, nature, wise women, deep connection and plenty of space to simply be.

Join us for a chance to step out of the noise of everyday life and return to your rhythm. We’ll be connecting with the mysteries of ancient Greece, laughing in the sun, taking part in soulful circles and workshops, learning to make medicine nourishing our hormones and connecting with ourselves and each other.

Days will have a gentle rhythm, with movement, creativity, beautiful food, nature and moments of stillness woven through them.

It’s so challenging all the firsts without him, the first week, the first month, my first bleed, the first flight, the first festival, the first time visiting the town I grew up in with him, the first time in all those streets, towns, forests, rivers we used to visit, the first full moon, the first solstice and now his first birthday without him. I could never comprehend the heart break of losing my farther. I once read that you grieve as much as you love, I love you a lot dad. I miss you everyday.

Endless gratitude to @hearthworks 🤍

Our tipi at @medicinefestival was the most beautiful place to come back to. Somewhere to rest, play, and properly rejuvenate after a full and beautiful day of shooting.

Grateful for the setting, the mornings, and the softest landing and welcoming - I couldn’t recommend @hearthworks enough!

We’re opening one place on our French Polynesia voyage for a storyteller. 🐋 18 — 25 October 2026.

We’re looking for someone who loves our ocean - a kinship with marine life, an urge to protect it - and who can capture the essence of what’s unfolding: the land, the culture, the animals, the community. And cut it into reels that make a long-lasting impact.

What we’d ask of you is light: a few morning sessions and some capturing on the boat. The rest of the time is yours to fully immerse yourself. You’d be sharing a room with Phoebe, sharing the days with other very special creatives, and being coached and guided along the way - on land and on the boat. This year, we’re inviting a small team of passionate media volunteers to join us in documenting the journey of Colibri Spirit Festival alongside the Soulfocus Media team.

As part of the team, you’ll support festival storytelling through content creation, interviews, production assistance, social media coverage, and capturing the countless moments of connection unfolding across the land.

In return, you’ll receive:
