‼️‼️Surprise‼️‼️ PHOENIX WILL HAVE A NEW HOME! We’re in the works of getting our own space🥹 This has been a whirlwind and we’re not done yet!!! Taking the leap of faith and following what the Lord has asked me to do by opening this up. It’s been scary, challenging, bitter sweet, and so much more but i can’t wait to see how we transform bodies and souls. So thankful for @darkhorsecre for finding this spot and helping with the whole process. For my mom @donnachadthompson and sister @baileeyward for all their love and help bringing out the potential in this space so far. For @armorhealth for giving me the opportunity to help people in their space and be apart if their team for the last 2 years🫶🏼 WE HAVE NOT MOVED YET! We are still inside Armor and i will make sure you know when we do move! If you have questions on where your appointment is, dm me 💌 So excited to see what this chapter has in store for all of us!!! Thank you all for your love and support 🫶🏼 #massage #massagetherapist #knoxvillemassage #knoxvillebusiness #knoxville #smallbusinesssupportingsmallbusiness #phoenixperformance by @phoenixperformanceknox

NKT Magic 🪄 We’ve been working on some right side issues with one of our sweet clients and after some assessment, we noticed some discomfort bending to the right side, numbness after sitting long periods, and very limited rotation as you can see in the before picture based on where her left shoulder is and head are. We found that her obliques were fighting each other! Her Left external oblique was over working for her Right internal oblique. We released the left, did a quick activation for the right, and boom! Rotation freed up like crazy! We did some other work for the hip situation as well in this appointment but think the core will affect that as well. NKT is a great tool to get results fast and get to the bottom of compensation patterns and pain. If you want to see if NKT is right for you, send a DM and let’s hop on a free consult call!! #knoxville #massage #nkt #painrelieftherapy by @phoenixperformanceknox

Sometimes that pain in the front of your shoulder can be due to a bicep tendon out of its place 😵‍💫 The long head of your bicep sits in a little valley between two boney mountains. When it slips out or sits on top of one of the mountains it can be extremely painful to flex the arm or lift it overhead. We have a pretty simple technique once we’ve palpated and assessed that your bicep tendon need some help getting back to it’s home: -release the internal rotators of the arm: subscap (part if your rotator cuff), pec, maybe even front delt and lat -activate the external rotators & retractors: infraspinatus, mid trap, rear delt -encourage that baby back in with some movement Isn’t the most fun but it is pretty simple and can make a huge difference! If you want to know if this treatment can help with the front of your shoulder pain, book a consult at the link in bio and we’ll chat about it! 🔗 #massage #sportsmassage #knoxville #shoulderpainrelief by @phoenixperformanceknox
