💫2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month, I am dedicating time to connect with you all, from 5:00-8:00pm.

Drop in's are totally fine, however confirmed RSVP is greatly appreciated.

💫Community Sound bath will begin at 6:15p-6:45pm. If you want to connect one on one sessions, please reach out and we can arrange it. I know that sound healing works, because this is what helped me to find out about my tumor last year. 🦋More details on that journey when we connect!

I have experience in working with community that have been impacted by the in-justice system. Previously some of my clients included, youth, families, and women circles. I like to keep my sessions to an intimate number, to ensure we can fully connect and build a relationship.

💫Some of my clients have transitioned into friends, and some friends into clients. Sessions will look different for each individual, as we are growing through various stages.

💫I look forward to being of service. DM for direct address. I strive to ensure I create a SAFE space for all.

RISE & THRIVE in North Long Beach allowed us to to ignite the flame of healing! We gathered in community to embrace the pain, the discomfort, the displacement, we danced in the flames, and were able to collectively heal in traditional ways. Music, culture, & sacred smoke carried our worries away, while we united as ONE. Community members, local leaders & healers all gathered around to honor the pain our neighborhoods have accepted for far too long. ✊🏽

We inspire others to join the movement, and just like the Phoenix, we will rise above, with resilience & love for one another. Thank you to all that helped bring the vision to life. 🫂💐

Stay tuned for our next event. 😉 🎟💯

Our monthly sister gatherings have resumed 🪶🪘🦋

This month's topic is sacred rage. It will be led by @a_ispuro0 & @feather_bell 🐦‍🔥❤️ together they will discuss tools, techniques & acknowledging sacred rage. It is a normal emotion, and we must not carry the weight of shame and anger. 🐦‍🔥🌹

Let's gather in sisterhood to learn a ritual that we may be able to practice in our daily lives. Please review the flyer for details on how to RSVP. Kindly consider bringing a sis with you, and a yummy snack to share. This is an intentional gathering to promote healthy coping skills, unity, and compassion.

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow at 7p. 📆⏰️ taken in Signal Hill, California by @phoenixriseproject
