Do you need deep healing? I think we all do well Connect Your InnerG retreat will be soft launching this Sunday. We are a collective of local healers excited to share our gifts with those seeking healing or those seeking to tap into their healing gifts. We will be offering a variety of healing mediums, our first subject of healing is intergenerational trauma Going deep to address any traumas being stored within our mind, body and spirit. If this is something you want to be a part of, please click the link in my bio to RSVP. This first session is going to be free after that prepared to get your tickets. I love you all and I am so excited for us to be in community together as we intentionally work on healing ourselves, we heal our community. Asè by @phoenixroseashes

I am doing my best to live through my authenticity. I am in need of assistance at the moment, but I would love to be able to give back for what is given, so please hit me up to inquire about any tattoos and any commissions and he’s one on one sound healing and tarot readings tap in with me about anything. Let me see how I can be of service to you and we can help one another out and thank you all in advance. I love all of my community and all the support regardless of if it’s just a share, I like a comment it all matters just being able to share my truth is what really matters all right Peace by @phoenixroseashes

Once I learned how to breathe again I could dance again as freely as I breath i move as freely. Dance is how I speak my heart with no words just vibrations. If you ever see me dancing join me let’s be the life of the parties together. Did yall know people really go to parties to not dance and just watch it’s ridiculous how we don’t move our bodies enough by @phoenixroseashes

It was the YOUTH!!!

There’s something about the youngins that brightens up a day. Adds a little more fun, a little more play, a little more spontaneity, and a little more freedom. It was the perfect day to feel youthful and tap back in to your inner child.

Oshun Festival is for the children! 🫶🏽✨🌻
