Very first fire sword burn a few weeks ago!
I approached it with caution but looking forward to a full wick burn very soon. 🔥

Something about being barefoot near water, makes everything better.

I believe it’s because water holds memories, it knows and recognizes me. It’s comforting like a grandparent.

Forever grateful for my vessel and my ability to connect with nature, our mother. Flow sesh was mid but really liking hoe these Play Poi look on vid. ☺️

Also, food tax of all the things I prepared for our group of friends. by @phoenixx.flows

@flowstormtx exceeded all expectations..

I went in wanting to learn fire eating and breathing, and I'm stoked to have succeeded! Another highlight was being part of a woman-led camp, without that detail, I likely would not have had the confidence to attend alone. While I was still nervous, it ended up being was a powerful reminder of what's possible when I believe in myself, A). But also, B) how beautiful it is to have a community, that support and uplift each other.

The environment was magic, filled with love, openness, and creativity.. The community meals provided by the organizers were absolutely amazing (like, I need the recipes), and I was super inspired by the talented flow artists and performers. I'm seriously so grateful for the experience and the connections made.

Video credit to a fellow new cornstarch breather and friend, Gregor! @moosefuego one of my amazing instructors this day.

Milestone moment for this fire baby ❤️‍🔥

I began spinning poi 12 years ago, with the intention of spinning fire. (Obv.) But when motherhood entered my life early, I put all of my hobbies to the side and became ultra focused on my kids.

Now that they are older, I’ve been able to begin dancing and performing again, and set a goal for myself to burn by my birthday in April. ♈️ ❤️‍🔥

Dance has always been apart of my life, so flowing with torches felt like a safe “first burn”.

Vibes were right Wednesday. I did it ya’ll. I still can’t believe it! Mission accomplished. BRB, I’m going to go cry again. 😈❤️‍🔥🥺😭💅

Thanks to all the other flow artists there, who continue to educate and guide me throughout this journey. And to GE ofc, for continuing to facilitate a safe burn space for the community. @dallasdjam by @phoenixx.flows

Dancing into the weekend with a throwback to last week's performance at @officialgreenelephant 🐘💚. Feels surreal to be back on that stage! Huge thanks to @djtna for capturing the magic. You're a sweetheart!
