Dear Charlotte,
I know your capacity to love and lol shit hurts. You're addicted to feeling alive. What a bittersweet pursuit. I just have these requests for you moving forward: have no expectations, honor your safety and try your best to set your boundaries, echem it's about patience biotch, ur a true friend, the only spite you're to entertain will be to stop hurting yourself, and most importantly, I just want to see you have fun.
Happy 30th birthday. by @phoshell

Cherish your muses; for any given movement, such in a fleeting gesture, can give you life. I'm lucky to have known this wild child for 10 whole years. We've run naked through sequoias, basked on boulders, soaked in mineral springs under a full moon, danced on sand dunes... yes theres always photos to prove of our mischief. Melani, you make incredible things happen. You find only the most wonderful people to be surrounded by. You make me feel beautiful and so cared for and that there is always hope and a solution. You're a brilliant, dazzling, precious thing. Happy 30th birthday my cherished friend @breathemelani by @phoshell

Today is my birthday...
First, I must say, it's difficult to know how to navigate taking virtual space during such unprecedented times. Everyday feels like we're at the precipice of time beginning; while waiting out so many unknowns, I've gained a new relationship with myself a bit. Still, it's hard to feel like acknowledging myself and a bd is legitimate even tho I exist on ig everyday. This is a new form of community...

With that in mind, I would like to take today to instead say thank you to everyone who's maintaining the momentum for change. Researching, donating, posting, sharing, conversing, learning, protesting and taking a stance in this roar for change is so empowering. We've been sharing a vision of the future. If you think about it, we're all manifesting incredible things: innovation, inclusivity, sustainability, defining new beauty, and radical love. That's so fucking powerful! So if the new together is here on IG, fine. Here are some moments in isolation, hbd to me and once again I am asking you to arrest the bloody cops who killed Breonna Taylor. Other resources linked in my bio. Thank you. by @phoshell
