Kylie - Tension Tour 22/2/25
Cheap seats but the view was impeccable, the aircon phenomenal, the company the best you can dream of and the vibes first class all the way!! And the set list? Perfect blend of camp classics and new tracks, and her voice only gets better with time. Maybe it’s me showing my age but I still love a good laser show!
Forever love for our Queen and her hometown shows!

Pride means so much to me. It’s an expression of true happiness amongst those who feel the same. It’s so many laughs and so many songs and so many steps. It’s colour and vibrancy and feeling so alive. As the sun sets on another Midsumma Festival, we rest knowing that visibility is not enough, you also have to be proud, be heard, and claim your rights to exist, as equals. I love this pic that Sam Strong took of me for his series on Belonging. It was done at 10:30am after only about four hours sleep after a late shift as the doorman at a local nightclub. I was still drinking my first coffee of the day, barely awake, but still had good chats with my new photographer friend. As we climbed all of the stairs to my rooftop oasis and we marveled at the view of the rooftops down to the bay, it felt like I was unveiling layers of myself. I like to think I’m an open book, and sharing some of those earlier pages to someone new was a very enjoyable experience. After this, I went to join my parents, visiting from Sydney, who were staying as houseguests. It felt so good to be able to host in my home.

And I will never get sick of this view!

Almost a year ago I had the pleasure of spending a crazy few hours running around the streets of Paris with one of my closest friends and his forever lover. The girls were girling, the drinks were flowing, the food was spectacular and especially the pastries were delicious 🤤 I post this in honour of uncelebrated birthdays and so many times that we can’t be together but have never once felt apart in our hearts. Dear Jessica, even though it’s no longer your birthday, it would not be right to let the occasion go by without some public fanfare. Thanks for being such a legend! You’re always laughing at my jokes, always up for an adventure, always pushing us to the limit and always being such a great friend. From hotpot and hot days on the beach to hot and sweaty in the gym, it’s always a good time together.
