Life takes you through some things, but you'll always end up where you should be if you TRUST God. Carrying out the legacy is a chance I thought I missed, but God just had other plans for my life. Growing up with an Alpha Father and AKA Mother, I've always known the importance of giving back, being humble, and thinking of others and not just myself. They instilled so much in me. My grandmother Fannie Poulson was an Iota Phi Lambda and Top Lady of Distinction. I watched her serve and pour into the youth of Baltimore City until she passed. She was big on black excellence and being educated. Never stop learning and growing. This is a full circle moment. I'm blessed to continue Black Greek life in my family. I'm honored to be an AKA legacy and ready to be of "Service to All Mankind."
