Retour sur l’offre anniversaire d’octobre et novembre. En 5 ans, je n’ai jamais eu un tel succès pour une offre! Le concept « surprise » vous a beaucoup plu. Aimeriez-vous plus de proposition dans ce sens? Plusieurs personnes croyaient que le soin serait choisi sur le moment, selon mon inspiration, il s’agissait en fait d’un soin créé spécialement pour l’occasion. Mais votre idée est intéressante, et je réfléchis à proposer une telle prestation. Est-ce que cela vous plairait de réserver un rendez-vous sans devoir choisir sa forme? Certaines personnes veulent juste prendre un instant pour elle et le soin est souvent secondaire. Combien d’entre vous me dise: -Faites ce que vous voulez, tout me va!! ou encore: -Je ne savais pas quoi choisir. Je fais toujours attention à ne pas charger trop ma carte de soins, rester avec les best-seller et offrir des nouveautés en offres. Des massages marchent très bien en offre et ne sont presque plus demandés par la suite donc je les retire pour plus de clarté (ex: pochons chauds, bougie).
