Opened my inbox to this… WOW! 🤩

It means so much to receive an email and recognition like this!

I’m so excited to be a finalist for the Female Founder Awards, Australia! Especially alongside women I’ve admired for years. @kayla_itsines 💕 @dianawilliamsofficial 💕 @basebodybabes 💕 are absolute powerhouses who have done incredible things in this industry, and seeing my name right there alongside theirs, and the other amazing finalists, is such an honour!

Most days I dread opening my inbox (fellow business owners, IYKYK!) so this email was VERY welcome, and such a lovely surprise!

Thank you to all the women who support me, encourage me and cheer me on. This recognition might have my name on it, but it represents so much more than just me. It represents the women who walk through our doors, our incredible teachers and team, our community and everything we’ve built together at Flex & Flow.

This one’s for US! 💚

The winner will be selected by public vote, so F&F Fam, let’s do our thing! You can vote for me via the link in my bio. 🫶🏽

Let’s do this, Flex & Flow Fam! Thank you so much 💚 by @pi.lattes
