Entered the 500 total club this weekend. A long emotional year to get to this...
Squat 200kg
Bench 95kg
Deadlift 205kg
Lots of room to improve and played it safe at the end to secure the total, but was a good result from a difficult prep. I'm happy and back in the UK top 10.
