kicking off the bkk bar series @vesperbkk with their seasons inspired menu!!!! ❄️🌼☀️🍁 this was a really fun concept & we had some delicious drinks. my fave was this oreo soil drink called “leaf & soil” from the autumn section! SARAPPPPP! also an entired leg of ham casually displayed…here for it! we also got to try some of their specials/classics! their bloody mary &mango sticky rice drink! a great start to our bkk trip!!! @blank_space_bar sept menu obvs couldnt be missed!!!! inspired by diff asian countries, each drink capturing the country perfectlyyyy imo! and a looot of savory options! WIN!

macao - egg tart vibes with a warm foam??? delishhhh
vietnam - pho inspired perrrrr!!! MY FAVE!
korea - savory strong gochujang goodness! def an acquired taste but worth a try

PH - turon, duh. but heavier on the langka than the banana which we LOVED! sarap
SG - chili crab inspired in a fun litol fishbowl glass! this was yummy
Japan - this was a sleeper hit tbh! unexpected subtle super good!!!

bartender’s choice - cranberry yummy cute drink
thailand - Mango sticky rice inspired but really complex and delish!! di lang pure tamis. love the garnish on this too!

BLUE MENU!!!!!! ASIAS 50 BEST BARS #44!!!!!!! LFG @problemchild_ph 💙🥶🐟🐬🔵🌀🩵🫐🔷

What a FUN menu!!!! Fun fun lang exciting combinations as well!

Updated rankings:
1. Purple pa rin!!!! 😈
2. BLUE!🐬
3. Green🐸
4. Orange🥕

Left- Blue cheese; engkano honey ale, blue cheese, oeach, olive brine (looooved this savory easy to drink cocktail!!!)
Right - Cookie monster: monkey shoulder, choco chip cookie clento, burnt butter, balsalmic, mallardmilk, olorossa sherry —- for the sweet & strong drinkers (my sis’ fave), also greats better as the ice melts. GALING!

Left - Calm: gin, calvados, chamomile, banana, orange eblossom —-light and fruity
Right - Bottle rocket: tequila, mezcal, cointreau, rose water, riesling, grapefruit, soda water —- very fun drink!!! the popsicle is like a jelly ice consistency which was not our fave, wish it was more like a popsicle sorbet textube but nonetheless still great

Lilo & Stitch - rum, brown butter pineapple, coconut, toasted milk, white chocolate, vanilla, ginger liqueur. SOOOO GOOD! piña colada leveled up in a bingsu like drink. this was such a yummy dessert cocktails without being too sweet. Fave!!!

Shoreline - rum, elderflower liqueur, mango wine, blue sake, coconut, habanero. Another tropical feeling nasa beach drink!!

Left: blueberry: tequila, blueberry kombucha, cucumber, lime. MY FAVE OF THE NIGHT. this was so fresh and fruity and savory and perfffff
Right: smurfberry: gin, strawberry, raspberry, cherry tomato, fino sherry, caraway. This was also another fave. Perfectly balanced flavored. Berry forward without tasting like medicine (big achievement tbh)

Midnight blues: makers mark, acai, dark chocolate, vermouth, cacao bitters —— Sweet, bitter, strong. Great balance!

New superrr nice thick menu!!! Love the upgrade

a new month means another visit to @blank_space_bar !!! this time for their 2000s nostalgia menu! which they warned me i might not enjoy as much cause it’s more on the fruity sweet side BUT???? i LOVED this menu so much!!! ang SARAPPPPP

margarita!!!! super yummy passionfruit lollipop. sugar instead of a salt rim. very light. CROWD PLEASER of the menu

Left: Manhattan, the strongest and most savory from the is menu. loved the combination of the savory smokey notes with chocolate. GALING!
Right: Mudslide. The drink i LEAST wanted to get but ended up being my fave???? “Order mo pia pag di mo magustuhan on me” - @rjtheramz edi order agad si girl!!! THIS WAS THE HIT OF THE NIGHT. sobrang sarap nung ice cream, sell it by the pint. i am not a coffee fan so the initial sip was just ok but when the ice cream combines with the drinks and later on melts into it???? perfectttt!!!! No Notes 🙌🙌🙌🙌

my fave drink from debuts….tequila sunrise!!!! much lighter fun twist! refreshing cucumber foam!! easy drink

ANOTHER FAVE!!!!! Miami Vice half banana collada (BEH SOBRANG SARAP NITOOOOO) half steawberry daquiri na di lasang gamot. SIGN ME UP! this was so so yummy. i usually hate slushy drinks but this was too good

sex on the beach probably the fruitiest and sweetest of the bunch!

amazing amazing menu!!!! probably my fave since milk washed daisy (idk what # this was basta)

faves of the night:
1. Porcelein Mary - a slushy version of a bloody mary but with lychee instead of tomato??? sign me UPPPP! savory, a bit spicy, & fruity DELISH!!!
2. Mango world peace - @invinceible17 goat!!! mongo foam DA BESTTTT. just need some salty bagoong thingy on the side
3. How it ends - salsa distillate, jackfruit tequila…SARAP!
4. Meshi margarita -mezcal!!! fruity with a savory kick from sushi seasoning
5. New sincerity - crowd pleaser for sure!! fruity fresh gin & guava combo
6. I wish you love pt II - tropical fruity light!!
7. Habit forming - grape..earl grey tea…sounds weird but somehow works?!
8. The temporada - blackberry, bell pepper, salted vanilla, chocolate bitters —-this worked so well!!! we wish it had more chocolate but otherwise, great

So in short lahat ng inorder namin masarap HAHAHHAHAHA 😅😅😅 all hits no misses so far ang galing talaga!!!!! cannot wait to come back to try everything else! by @piadrinks

YELLOW 💛 this is for the cutesy cute tropical girlies who want a fun sippy drink! fresh fruity sweet & fuuuun parang nasa beach lang ako

PINK 💗 this is one of only two spirit forward drinks they have this month. PB&JELLY drink!!! my top 3 a peanut butter fan!!

BLUE 💙💙💙 another spirit forward drink, blue REALLY surprised me by being so yummy. pag binasa mo description parang…ano lasa niyan beh…alak??? pero ang SARAP! inspired by corpse reviver 1&2 daw! probably tried those before but dont remember.. basta masarap!

manila natural wine festival aka drunk af festival lmfao
going non-verbal post what they estimated to be a bottle and a half of wine (and then some) send helppppp!!!!!!
despite passing out as soon as i got home i truly had the BESTTTTT time!!!! got to try so many cool wines with interesting flavor profiles and learn about how theyre made/where theyre from. it was really SO MUCH FUN!!! cause we were so dostracted and happy we didnt even get to buy anything looool 😭😭😭 she was too gone. We WILL BE returning!!!!

!!!!!! cocktail making workshopppp @grasshopperph THIS WAS SO. MUCH. FUN. dream come true???? perhaps! we made some classics to start: negroni, whiskey sour, g&t! theme was shaken & stirred which was very fun! we were taught the basics of cocktail making, tools used, and techniques which we got to apply in making our own cocktails. for round 4, we got to create our OWN!!!!! peep my version is a michelada i guess???? mezcal, tomato juice, lime juice, pineapple liquor, pinakurat, simple syrup, salt, and tipped with chicken skin (some cured meat sana pero wala sila so just asked for a salty garnish which they fried for me fresh hehe labyu guys)!!! pls message me for the recipe eme. siyempre sarap na sarap ako sa gawa ko lol. this was THE BESTTTT experience!!!! learned so much and making our own cocktails at the end was my favorite part. met great people, had great drinks, tas lasing pa sa huli…. Sulit!!! thank you grasshipper for such an amazing experience and for making my bartender dreams come true huhuhu. sa susunod!!!! by @piadrinks
