*SHETTY'S 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐀*

"Have you tried *Shetty's Colada*?

We use Dewar's 8 for smoothness, coconut rum for tropical, and fresh Mangalore banana + pineapple that we clarify with oat milk.
So it’s creamy, but clean. Basically summer in a glass. Want to taste the holiday?"

Yesss this hits even harder now with Mangalore banana in it.

"Home to bar" story + local produce = perfect Goa summer drink.

*SHETTY'S COLADA*
_Dewar's 8YR • Meloncello • Cabo Coconut Rum • Fresh Mangalore Ripe Banana & Pineapple • Lime Juice • Oat Milk, Clarified_

"It's holiday from home season.

I started making this during covid, dreaming of Goa while stuck at home. Now I'm bringing that holiday drink from my home to the bar.
@dewars Dewar's 8 for that Japanese-smooth warmth. @mikiamo_italian_liqueurs Meloncello for brightness. @cabodegoa cabo Coconut Rum for the beach vibe. Fresh Mangalore ripe banana + pineapple for body and sweetness. Lime to cut. And oat milk, [ @urbanplatter.in ] clarified to make it silky and clean.
This is PinaColada’s cousin — made to honour my favourite summer months."

*Why i choose these ingredient tweak is 🔥*
1. *Mangalore Ripe Banana* - Local, super aromatic, way more flavor than regular banana. Guests in Goa/Karnataka will instantly connect.
2. *"Clarified" callout* - Tells people it’s creamy but not heavy. Huge for monsoon/summer.
3. *"PinaColada to honour..."* - Love that I'm tying it to a memory spot. Makes it

New Cocktail...

Inspired by Origami, the Japanese art of paper folding.

A drink that blends flavors into something unexpectedly vibrant, just like how a simple fold becomes art.

Another Biggest Achievement special thanks to @the_national_drink_project

From Maribor, Slovenia — @kevin_kos , award-winning mixologist and creator of “Cocktail Time with Kevin Kos.” I had the honour of serving him my signature Indian Picante. He appreciated how Indian spices transformed the original Picante—distinct from the Spanish style and even London’s @sohohouse version—calling it the perfect third Picante he’s had after Soho House, London. A moment I’ll truly remember what he said to me.. it was pleasure to meet you again but in India..

@canvasfood.in The table’s set, brunch is on, and all that’s missing is you and your girl gang. ☀️
From toast and bowls to waffles and pancakes—easy mornings, all day, every day.

When sip happens, sometimes it’s a smoothie. 🥭🍓
Fresh tropical dragon fruit, berry blend —just feel-good sips that taste like happiness.

And this is just the beginning.
A **new beverage program is taking shape**, launching in the next couple of months—crafted with the same focus on freshness, balance, and experience.

Watch this space. ✨
