Pick It Up isn’t just about picking up trash, it’s also about picking up one another. I want to do everything I can to make the world a cleaner, more positive, and loving place. May is mental health awareness month. Every year more and more people are suffering from depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Check in with friends and family. Even the ones that seem fine or happy. Letting someone know you’re truly there for them can help immensely. Work on showing everyone compassion, empathy, and love. Remember, simple acts of kindness have a domino effect. Much love everyone🌎❤️ #pickkitup #kindness #love #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness taken in Spread The Love by @pickkitup
