POV: My 4-year-old woke up and chose wellness. 😂💪🏽

“Mommy, I want a healthy breakfast.” 🍉🍳🥓
“Can you put my smartwatch on? I need to track my workout.”
“Turn on the walking pad.”

Then he hit the running pad, lunges, sit-ups, and push-ups… all on his own. 😭🤣

Watching you grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You’re kind, determined, funny, respectful, talented, and you continue to make us proud every single day. Whether it’s in the classroom, on the baseball field, on stage, or simply being the amazing young man God created you to be, you give your all.

Never stop dreaming big, working hard, staying humble, and trusting God. The world is yours, and I can’t wait to watch you keep chasing every dream.

Happy 12th Birthday, Cannon! Thank you for making me proud to be your mom. I love you more than words could ever express. #HappyBirthdayCannon by @picmeltrell
