Nadszedł czas na ostatni z Czterech Żywiołów — Alva Water. Początkowo miałam ochotę wybrać kolory, które stworzyłyby dzianinę o barwie tropikalnej, turkusowej wody. Nie mogłam się oprzeć i nagrałam film, w którym na Alvie Air tańczą promienie słońca ✨️🌞 Mam słabość do takich kadrów ☺️ Słońce to moje paliwo — gdy tylko się pojawia, od razu mam więcej energii i chęci do działania. Kilka lat temu (dokładnie 5) zrobiłam sobie parę skarpet na cieniutkich drutach, z mięciutkiej alpaki. Zakładam je bardzo rzadko, bo jest mi ich po prostu szkoda 😁 Skarpety to nie moja bajka, jeśli chodzi o dzierganie, więc zrobienie kolejnych zajęłoby mi ze trzy księżyce 😁 Nigdy też nie zrobiłam im porządnych zdjęć. Ale w końcu są. Do tej małej sesji namówiła mnie Gosia @margo77handmade ❤️ Wzór: Marine Dreams 118-33, z lekkimi modyfikacjami od @dropsdesign Włóczka: Drops Alpaca, kol. 501 Druty: 2,5 mm @knitproeu #fotopiątki Twórczość własna 🧦 🇬🇧 The socks hardly anyone knows about. Five years ago (exactly five), I made myself a pair of socks on tiny needles, using the softest alpaca. I hardly ever wear them because, honestly, I’m just too afraid of wearing them out 😁 Socks are not really my thing when it comes to knitting, so making another pair would probably take me about three moons 😁 I never took proper photos of them either. But finally, here they are. Chyba odrobinę przyspieszę pokazywanie swetra Alva Air, bo na drutach mam już całkiem nowy sweter i chęć pokazania go jak najszybciej 🤭 Dziś zbliżenie na rękawy. Przyznam, że bardzo podoba mi się ten układ kolorów. Światło na filmie wydobywa z nich to, co najlepsze. Dziś kolejny piękny październikowy dzień. Ja rozpoczęłam go półgodzinnym spacerem wśród drzew 🌳🌿 Jest naprawdę pięknie ✨️ 🇬🇧 I think I’ll speed up showing you the Alva Air a little, because I already have a completely new sweater on my needles and I’m eager to show it to you too 🤭 Today, a closer look at the sleeves. I have to admit, I really love this colour combination. The light in the video brings out the best in these colours. Another beautiful October day. O tej porze roku światło jest wyjątkowe. Weekend spędziłam wśród gór, zieleni i jesiennego światła. Swetry z kolekcji Cztery Żywioły są gotowe. A jednak ja jeszcze chwilę sobie tutaj z Wami podziergam, zanim podzielę się całością. Alva Air już z kolorami. Są takie miesiące, które przemykają niepostrzeżenie. I taki był dla mnie wrzesień. Raz, dwa — i zmienił się w październik. Dopiero zdjęcia przypomniały mi, że było całkiem przyjemnie. Teatr, winobranie, dużo, naprawdę dużo spacerów i robienia na drutach. We wrześniu skończyłam też całą kolekcję Alva Cztery Żywioły. Jestem z niej dumna, bo powstała od początku do końca według mojego pomysłu. Zrobienie czegoś całkowicie po swojemu cieszy najbardziej 😊 A Twój wrzesień? Dłużył się czy tak, jak u mnie pędził jak szalony? 😁 #fotopiątki Podsumowanie miesiąca 🌞🍁 🇬🇧 Some months just slip by unnoticed. September was like that for me. One minute it was here, and the next — it had turned into October. It was only looking through my photos that I realised it had actually been a pretty lovely month. The theatre, the grape harvest festival, lots — really lots — of walks, and plenty of knitting. I also finished the entire Alva Four Elements collection in September. I’m especially proud of it because it came together entirely from my own idea. There’s something special about making something completely your own 😊 What about your September? Minęło lato, przyszła jesień, a ja nadal piję herbatę w wiosennym kubku 🌼 I dobrze mi z tym 😊 Na kolanach mały przerywnik. Czapka na pierwsze chłodne dni. Testuję połączenie alpaki i alpaki z jedwabiem. Lubię ten moment, kiedy zaczynam pracę nad swetrem i jeszcze nie do końca wiem, jak to ostatecznie będzie wyglądało. Tak jest w przypadku Czterech Żywiołów. Kolory rozpisane, niby wiem, w którym momencie chcę dołączyć kolejny, ale ostatecznie i tak wiele rzeczy ulega zmianie... I chyba właśnie to lubię w robieniu na drutach najbardziej. To, że nie wszystko da się zaplanować. U mnie dziś bardzo pochmurny dzień 😊 Ratuję się ciepłą kawą ☕️ Na zdjęciach początek Alva Air 🤍 🇬🇧 I love this moment when I start working on a sweater and still don’t quite know how it will turn out in the end. That’s how it is with the Four Elements collection. The colours are planned, and I have a general idea of when I want to introduce the next one, but somehow, things always change along the way... And I think that’s what I love most about knitting. Not everything can be planned.
