Montreal— Autumn, 2026.

A magical city. Food, coffee, walkable, and nature. We can’t wait to get back.

Autumn in Shelburne, Charlotte, and Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.

@shelburneorchards and these particular trails in Charlotte are favorite spots of mine. It was so nice to be back. Vermont always invites a most gentle calm. 💚

Shelburne farms, VT. Autumn 2026.

One of my most favorite places. @tkherrmann and I hiked these trails multiple times weekly during the pandemic & they served as a safe, treasured, and tranquil escape for us during those years.

It’s been a minute (so much more!) away from some of my favorite creative activities. Sometimes life reminds you of what matters— and that it is never too late to jump back in. I’ll be fueling my humanity a bit more intentionally, and posting some of those adventures here. 📸 🎶 🪈 🎸 by @picsbyells

Thank you to our DAPM Health & Well-Being Program team for leading the efforts for our first ever Gratitude and Good Outcomes Grand Rounds! This week, we came together as a department to reflect on the outstanding teamwork, remarkable communication, growth opportunities, and moments of learning across our divisions. Throughout the hour together, we heard stories centered around compassionate care, research, integrity, trust, and relationship building. What a way to end the academic year! Thank you to everyone involved with such a meaningful event. 💙 taken in Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center by @picsbyells
