HYROX NYC was an experience I’ll never forget! 🗽

For 3 days, I had the best seat in the house as a Head Judge, watching thousands of athletes push their limits. On day 4, it was my turn to step onto the race floor.

I didn’t leave with the PR I was chasing, but I’ll happily take the mini PR after racing through a heat wave where I’m pretty sure my soul left my body somewhere around the 40th rep of wall balls.

Beyond the result, being part of the largest HYROX event in the world and connecting with so many incredible athletes and judges reminded me why I keep coming back. The community is second to none 🔥
