Do you see this little piece of metal? (Swipe) This stupid coil caused so much drama this past weekend, wasting a lot of time, money, and food. In order to get back up and running, we had to replace the compressor and condenser, the two most expensive parts. We estimated the total cost, including lost sales revenue, repair costs, lost products, and employees’ wages, to be close to $30k. As you know, this is a huge hit to a small business. This weekend was truly one of the hardest few days we’ve had as small business owners, and if you’ve been following us for a while, we’ve seen some dark days. From a fire in 2017 to COVID, breast cancer, busted pipes, break-ins, and so many more incidents, this one has hit us hard financially. That’s where our PDX community can step in and be our champion. If you have $5 or $50, we could really use some help to get the shop back up and rolling. We love what we do and don’t want this stupid coil to be the reason we go under. So, if you’re feeling generous and have a few extra bucks, we’d love for you to visit the GoFundMe link in our bio or below and make a gift donation today. Please and Thank You!
