syrian macarona bel jibna 🇸🇾

@arzdairy this syrian macarona bel jibna dish is the first of our MENA macarona series! there are so many delicious and humble pasta dishes made across the middle east and north africa! this syrian classic is humble and so easy to put together. i always use @arzdairy syrian cheese for the perfect texture and love to add a melty cheese like mozarella to really bring it together. serve it with either aleppo pepper or mint to add a little more dimension ! sahtein 🇸🇾

* 1 lb pasta of choice
* 12 oz shredded syrian cheese
* 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 3 tbsp black seeds (nigella seeds)
* 1/4 cup olive oil or butter

cook pasta until tender.
mix in all ingredients until cheeses melt and coat the pasta! taken in New York, New York by @pigeonsouk
