time is a lie. the scars are just as raw now as they were then. fortune doesn’t fix it. ruin doesn’t change it. the walls are entirely of our own making.

we built this to tear them down. a violent, necessary freedom from the parts of us that kept us locked in.

this is Brie. she’s one of the only people we trust to let in to our minds. we co-wrote our new single Fortune together.

The song reminds us of all the times you have said the quiet parts out loud to yourself and then immediately dread the change in you that's about to come.

It is the internal dialogue between the version of you trying to grow and that inner critic trying to ruin your life. 💀

We try to sit in that heavy energy that comes with change. that specific kind of fear you feel right before a necessary ending.

fortune. april 30.

we all have different ghosts that helped create this song. for one of us, it was a warning. for another, a gift we didn't ask for. for the third, it was just the weight of what happens next, the kind of luck that pins you to the floor.

somehow those three versions of the truth sat still long enough to become this song. a three-way collision between @heyitsmebrianne , @pikirajan , and @siearra_rose_ .

this is a pic of vikrant at the helm, finding the sound for all of it. fortune is the prelude to boundaries. 🌑

we’re an independent band. if you're into it, put it on your story or tell a friend. that's how this works. 🥀

Mr. Kitty Cat Rajan 🐾
13 December 2024 - 13 July 2025

My sweet small baby kitty cat passed away at 12:13pm on 13th July. He had just turned 7 months.

He lived a life filled with fun, love, laughter, hugs, kisses, cuddles, snuggles, playtime, treats and adventure. He brought tremendous happiness to me. I already miss him and will always carry that fragment of his soul everywhere I go.

It was difficult to watch him suffer towards the end, I decided to euthanise him to end his suffering. It was a very difficult decision and it really did break my heart.

I’m grateful for having wonderful friends and family who supported me through grieving his loss.

He is in a better place now and he is resting in peace. by @pikirajan
