What a time to be Māori 🔥

Super proud of your Tu e te tau @paaranahia & the mahi you put towards Te kapa haka o Parehounuku 🤎

The kids loved every part of this campaign, to the late nights to them singing our waiata from both brackets, to staying at their whanau a while we had noho. They got to watch us take that stage and put all that mahi into our performances.

The new whanau and friends that have also rowed this waka with us appreciate yous all 👌🏾

E TE TAU 😍 no words 🤎🤎

My tukutuku is dedicated to my darling Pikikotuku Thomas. Ngā piki me ngā heke acknowledges all of the triumphs and setbacks you have had and Pikikotuku ability to navigate with strength and grace. The pattern chosen is Poutama which represents the up’s and downs of life but reminds us that this is all apart of the journey 🫶🏽”
