this one has me screaming 🤫😙

#pilates #cadillac #equinox #lapilates #pilatesinstructor

sink down into 90/90 lunge as your arms reach up 😙

hold legs low, pulse front heel up 🔥

hold heel up, isolate the arms 💪🏼

arms stay straight, now pulse! those springs were trying to pull me DOWN 😤

other side, arm variation 💁🏻‍♀️

hold low, lift and lower that front heel 👠

keep heel high and just do arms - this got me in pain 🙈

final pulses that’s all! 🎬 taken in Equinox South Bay by @pilates.by.maya

spinal mobility

adding a little hinge + saftey strap

arms forward = progression

arms up = progression

let’s combine for an oblique twist!

now hold and isolate the arms

oblique twist it out!

single leg time + add leg and arm extension

now hold, twist, and pulse! you’re welcome!! xoxo

What was your favorite moment from the night? 🪩👇

OC GYM RAVE Vol. 3 brought together an incredible community, Pilates classes by @withpurpose.collective before the rave (never any classes during), amazing DJs, Matcha by @rumalatte, BFF bracelet activities, and an energy we’ll never forget. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made this one so special.

Vol. 4 recap with Corepower Yoga coming soon. 👀
