LONG OVERDUE INTRO POST 💖 Hi, I’m Kelly, the founder of Pilates N’ Playdates. 🤍My passion for teaching actually started long before I became a mom. Back in 2014, I enrolled in my first teacher training program and began my journey as an instructor. From that moment on, I knew I loved helping others learn, grow, and feel confident in themselves.Then I became a mom.As much as I love motherhood, I also learned how easy it is to put yourself last. I missed having a space to move my body, connect with my body, and do something that filled my own cup but now that comes with worrying about finding childcare.That’s why I created Pilates N’ Playdates.This community is for real moms living real lives. The moms running on little sleep. The moms healing postpartum. The moms trying to find themselves again while raising tiny humans.Here your kids are welcome. The toys, the interruptions, the snack breaks, and the imperfect moments are welcome too.My hope is that every mom who walks into a Pilates N Play Dates class leaves feeling stronger, supported, and reminded that taking care of mom matters too.I’m so happy you’re here, and I can’t wait to move with you. ✨📸 @madremediamarketing by @pilates.n.playdates
