Still on a high from Sunday. 🤍

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us for such a special afternoon at Porsche Omaha. Seeing this experience come together and getting to share it with so many amazing people was truly something I’ll never forget.

To every partner and vendor who helped bring the vision to life, thank you. Your time, creativity, generosity, and attention to every detail made the day what it was, and I’m so grateful we got to create something this special together.

And to our Loft community, thank you for continuing to show up, support us, and say yes to these experiences. None of this happens without you.

My heart is very full. Here’s to more moments like this. 🤍

With love,
Becky

Perormance in Practice: Natalia Valentín. 🏐

As a professional volleyball player, Natalia knows performance isn’t just about what your body can do today, it’s about taking care of it for the long run.

For her, Pilates has become part of that longevity. Building strength, mobility, control, and a body that can keep performing at the highest level.

We loved hearing Natalia’s perspective on training with the future in mind. 🤍

That’s officially a wrap on the Summer Ritual Series!

I can’t even begin to put into words how grateful I am for every single person who helped bring this vision to life. This wellness series is something I’ve wanted to create for a long time, and seeing it come together with so much support has meant the world to me.

Thank you to our incredible vendors, our amazing instructors, everyone who attended, our friends, and this wonderful community for showing up and making each morning so special. It truly wouldn’t have been the same without you.

And a very special thank you to @thecottonwoodhotel for opening your doors and being such an incredible partner throughout the series.

My heart is so full. I have a feeling this is just the beginning... so, who’s ready for Summer Ritual Part Two? 🤍

A side-lying series looks simple until your hip starts negotiating with you.

This is where control shows up: pelvis steady, ribs organized, movement intentional. No rushing, no throwing the leg around, no pretending bigger is better.

Small setup. Big feedback.
