I hosted a sold out Pilates music festival… and this is how I did it 👀Welcome to Part 7 - the FINAL part - of The Pilates Festival Playbook! Today I am talking about event day. My biggest piece of advice is to spend the money on things that’ll make your life easier day of, and most importantly, on content. Whether that’s hiring a content creator, photographer, or videographer, content is so important to recap your event and promote future events. If you tend to be cheap like me, it can be hard to outsource tasks when you can just handle it all yourself, but trust me, it’s so worth it.
