I’m proud of what I’ve built.

@pilatesrepublic isn’t just a studio.
It’s the result of over 20 years of my work in the industry as an innovator, educator, and leader.

Bootstrapped. No shortcuts. No playbook. No apologies. Fueled with a clear vision, intention, and passion. I know every inch of my company because I built it, purposefully, from the ground up.

Pilates Republic is a high-end, athletic-based Pilates experience, one that delivers real results for clients and creates real career opportunities for instructors. A vibrant, supportive community where transformation happens, connection is meaningful, and empowered movement is at the core of everything we do.

Over the past 8 years, we’ve scaled that vision into multiple thriving studios, cultivated an exceptional team, and built a deeply loyal community.

From our signature class formats, to our custom Rebel Reformers, to an elite teacher training program I poured everything into. Pilates Republic wasn’t born to be average, I designed it to raise the bar.

I am proud of what I’ve built and now I’m ready to share it.

Pilates Republic is franchising and expanding into new cities.

The applications are coming in, but I’m not looking for just everyone. I’m looking for the right people to build this next chapter with.

If you feel aligned, this is your moment.

Visit the franchise link on our website to learn more.

I taught a full day jumpboard workshop for a group of new Pilates teachers in training at my studio this weekend.

I grabbed my phone and hit record. I used a box and a ball as a tripod. No lighting, but thankfully I had my mics.

Sometimes the best content is organic and, at the send of the day quality information trumps fancy edits.

This workshop was 7 hours long BUT if you’d like a link to the 20 minute breakdown of this exercise - Pike on the Jumpboard - where I discuss and demonstrate how craniocervical flexion can help organize the spine for flexion and how spinal flexion increases abdominal muscle activity compared with keeping a neutral shape when piking then:

⚡️comment PIKE and I’ll send you the vid in a dm⚡️

I have a ton of footage from this live course so if you want to see more video like this, let me know and I’ll put together more clips ❤️❤️ by @pilatesrepublic

Something WILD is here ⚡️❤️

Our newest class format just hit, and it’s beyond your wildest dreams. Introducing:

WILD HEART // The Complete Formula
