A practical exploration of the Pilates method through the feet using variety of apparatus.

In this workshop, we will use the feet as a point of departure for exploring movement from the ground up. Working on a variety of apparatus, we will observe how the body organizes itself in motion and how the work of the feet related to the body as a whole.

يقع استوديو “ بيلاتيس تايم” الرياضي في الطابق الثاني من قسم التجزئة ليقدم تجربة رياضية عصرية لمقيمي وزوار كنال فيو من خلال إعادة تعريف التمارين الرياضية بقالب مبتكر وحديث، ليجعل كنال فيو وجهة مثالية للترفيه والاسترخاء على إطلالة خلابة للقناة المائية.

Naseej is pleased to announce the opening of “Pilates Time” Studio at CanalView Retail, located at Dilmunia Island in Muharraq Governorate.
