A little behind the scenes of my mornings at the studio 🤍 It’s not all pretty Pilates moves around here! 🧹✨ But there’s something I really love about those quiet moments in the studio before the day begins. A little reset for the space, and occasionally time for a little movement for me. Then it’s time to welcome you lovely lot! 🫶 #PilatesWithJeni #StudioLife #PilatesInstructor #BehindTheScenes taken in Drayton, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom by @pilateswithjeni

When your bestie has your back… 🥹🤍 Taking things a little slower while these fractured ribs heal, which means letting @pilateswithyingying and the rest of the team step in and cover a few of my classes while I resist the urge to do everything 😂 I’m learning that recovery is part of the work too — giving my body the time it needs now, so I can come back feeling strong, happy and properly myself again as soon as possible! 💪 Very grateful for my Ying 🫶🏼 And very happy to be back in the studio doing what I can in the meantime 🤍 Team Reformat for the win! ✨ taken in Drayton, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom by @pilateswithjeni

September always feels like a bit of a fresh start ✨ Back to school, back to routine… and a new teaching schedule for me in the Studio at @reformatwellness I’m so excited to be adding Tower & Reformer, Jump & Reformer, Progressive Reformer and Senior Strength into the mix this September, alongside all the Foundation and All Levels classes I love teaching. And I’ll now be teaching just one Saturday morning a month too — including our Introduction to Reformer session for anyone who’s been wanting to give it a try 🤍 Lots of variety, lots of movement, and quite a lot of me at the studio 😂 Save the schedule so you know when to find me teaching 🤍 taken in Abingdon, Oxfordshire by @pilateswithjeni

Just a room full of amazing people getting stronger, one class at a time. 🥰 Everyone started somewhere. The strength, confidence and control you see didn’t happen overnight. The biggest step is booking your first class. Before you know it, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t start sooner. 🥰 We’d love to welcome you into our little community. 🤍 #reformerpilatesstudio #reformerpilates #didcot #abingdon #pilates taken in Abingdon, Oxfordshire by @pilateswithjeni

POV: You’re in a Reformat Wellness class. We laugh, we shake, we question our life choices for 45 seconds… Then we leave feeling stronger than when we walked in. 🤍 Because it’s never about being the strongest in the room. It’s about showing up for yourself, moving well, and celebrating every little bit of progress! 🫶 #oxfordshirepilates #reformerpilates #pilatesstudio #abingdon #didcot taken in Abingdon, Oxfordshire by @pilateswithjeni

Your words. Our why. 🤍 Reading messages like these truly makes our day. Every review, every recommendation, and every kind word reminds us why we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us with your Pilates journey and for being part of our wonderful community. One of our favourite questions to ask new clients is, “How did you hear about us?” and so often the answer is - word of mouth. 🥹 That means everything to us. Every recommendation to a friend, family member, or colleague helps our little studio grow, and we’re so grateful for your support. If you’ve enjoyed your time at our studio, we’d be so grateful if you could leave us a Google review. The link is waiting for you in our bio. Your feedback helps others discover our studio and supports our small business more than you know. 🫶🫶🫶 #reformerstudio #abingdon #reformerpilates #pilates #didcot taken in Abingdon, Oxfordshire by @pilateswithjeni
