🎧 Silent Pilates: Tune Into Your Flow is a unique immersive practice where outside noise gently fades away, allowing you to fully listen within. This special class will be led by our amazing instructor, @pilateswithpreech 🫶✨

Through guided movement and music delivered through wireless headphones, this class creates a deeply personal space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. With fewer distractions from the outside world, you can soften the mind, follow the breath, and move with intention.

As part of our Global Wellness Day celebration, every participant will receive an inspirational message card and one lucky draw entry for a chance to win a café voucher after class ☕💛
