pilates burpees with a push up >>
ft. my girl angie 🌟

when i first started my pilates journey back in 2023, i would take her class RELIGIOUSLY— twice a day, back to back. i’ve always loved the flow of her classes and how challenging they were! she’s helped me grow not only as a student, but also as an instructor as i navigate this new season that im in (: check her out if you want to leave class feeling encouraged and empowered 🤎 by @pilatesxheather
