Anyone and everyone can doodle - you might do it when you’re on the phone.

Top 10 decisions I would def not repeat!!!
rearranging ALL the stone walls in my garden BY MYSELF… how I destroyed my arm this Summer… artists take care of your instruments! I’m on orders from the doctor to not use my right arm until it heals. This is torture …

I’ve been looking at my photos feed and am getting so much.. maybe even more… enjoyment seeing the progression of photos in a day or moment.
With no intent but to capture ‘something’ magical I felt at the time.
A record of that moment and where my eye was.

Do you do this? Re-organize your bookshelf when it was organized before, but it not the RIGHT way.
But SOOOOOOOO SOOTHING!
Is this neurodivergent behaviour?
It does creep up when there are other deadlines…
Trying to figure this out… I’ve read ADHD folks will over focus sometimes as a distraction. by @pilking
