🎻✨ Meet the creator behind PimpYourStrings! ✨🎨

I’m the solo cellist at the Norwegian Opera, but in my spare time, I pour my creativity into making unique mutes that I sell through Etsy and ship all over the world 🌎 Each mute is crafted with precision, passion, and a touch of artistry to enhance your sound experience💕

A few years ago, I also discovered a love for drawing and painting, which I now share on my platform @tiffanyspaint It’s been an exciting journey, and I love combining my music and art in ways that inspire me and others🥰

Thank you for following along on this creative adventure – where music and art collide! 🌍🎶🖌

A little update ❤️

My daughter and I were involved in a serious car accident this week. Thankfully, we’re both home now, but I need some time to recover.

PimpYourStrings isn’t going anywhere, but replies and orders may take a little longer than usual for a while.

Thank you so much for your patience and support. ❤️ by @pimpyourstrings

Another sparkling little creation is off to Japan! 🇯🇵✨

I’m honestly so happy to see more and more orders coming from Japan lately. 🥹❤️

This crystal-covered beauty is getting ready to travel today – and I’m already wondering where my mutes will go next! 🎶✨

Thank you so much to everyone who chooses my handmade mutes. It means the world! ❤️

Celtic vibes ✨

A hand-stamped Bech mute in deep blue and antique gold 💙✨

Each one is individually stamped and finished by hand, making every piece unique.

This little beauty is now on its way to the UK 🇬🇧✨

🇯🇵✨ On its way to Japan ✨🇯🇵

This cello mute just left my workshop —
soft blue tones, delicate patterns, and just the right touch of sparkle 💙

A little piece of art, now travelling across the world 🎻✨

Thank you for giving it a new home in Japan 💫

🐝✨ One of my favourite things…

Receiving photos from happy customers. It means so much to see my little creations out in the world, being used and loved.

This time it’s this sweet silver bee mute with clear Swarovski crystals — tiny, sparkly and full of personality.

Thank you for sharing and for giving my mutes a life beyond the workshop 💛🎻✨

💚⚡ STAGE GLOW ⚡💚

Neon green Swarovski crystals.
Dark blue light.
Zero subtlety.

This Spector mute doesn’t whisper — it glows.

Captured on stage by the incredible concertmaster of Trondheim Symphony Orchestra @camkjoll — and I’m obsessed with how the neon crystals cut through the darkness like electricity💚⚡

Thank you for this powerful photo — this is exactly why I love what I do🥰
