Back only at our Silverlake location for a limited time is our Taiwanese Sausage and Leeks featuring Row 7’s Sweet Garleek. Sweet Garleek is the first ever cross between garlic and leeks. This new-to-the-world allium marries the sweetness of leeks with the punchy notes of garlic. It reminded us of a sweeter and more tender version of Chinese leeks that is fondly used in Taiwanese cooking.

We’ll also be using Sweet Garleek in our Twice Cooked Pork dish. Pair both dishes with a cold Taiwan beer for the perfect match.
