*Reminder*

You are more than what you can’t control.

With many of us starting school recently it’s easy to get overwhelmed with to-do lists and tasks and on top of that, life still happens. Take time each day to recognize that your value is NOT defined by what you did or did not accomplish!

You are loved and you are infinitely valuable - even if everything went wrong today!✌🏻❤️ taken in Utah, USA by @pineapple.upside

Has anyone ever told you that everything will be ok and you didn’t believe them?

Sometimes when we’re struggling it can feel like those words are a bit disingenuous or even insensitive.

Life can be really hard and the struggles we each go through can be very real to us and difficult to understand for others.

But maybe when those close to us tell us “everything will work out” they aren’t trying to downplay the real pain we’re experiencing. What if they mean, “you’re far more resilient and strong than you think you are.”

Whatever difficulties you are facing in life, just know that although things might not feel ok, you are stronger than you give yourself credit for.

Carry on, and ride your tide friends 🌊✌🏻 taken in Utah, USA by @pineapple.upside
