NCA All-Star National Championship in Houston this weekend was a blast.🚀
So very proud of my daughter who gives her ALL•every•time to her team and coaches, looks forward to the work, and enjoys every minute of cheer. I'm so happy to be here running along side of her to watch.👟😅

My Italian mother-in-law, Mary Lou, gave me this cookbook when I married her son. She had it in her old stack of cookbooks dating back to the '50's. Although I learned so much from her and have ALL of her recipes, I truly cherish this book🤌🏻. The Chef was an old school New York Italian, written by himself, and reads with an accent.😆 The recipes are mostly forgotten in our modern kitchens, but I love to bring them to life.
My favorite way to make lasagna❤️
"It should cut like a cake"
I think Mary Lou's Italian monk approves🥰
