Your value and your worth are non-negotiables! It's your skills, your experience, your dedication that add to this world...you were born with inherent value. Own it, celebrate it, and never settle for less than you deserve. @kara_duffy teaches us how to #KnowYourWorth, a lesson we should apply this month and always!

What does having it all mean to you? For me, it’s not about checking every box or chasing someone else’s version of success—it’s about living in alignment with what truly matters to you.

I was honored to be a guest on the latest episode of @pinkafe Unfiltered hosted by two of my favorite sisters, @nataliatrejos__ & @carolinatrejos. We first got connected in 2021 when the were guests on the Powerful Ladies Podcast and they have been on my inspirational/cheer squad ever since. For this Pinkafe Unfiltered episode, we talked about owning your worth and living the life your younger self dreamed about. We dug into the importance of releasing obligations that don’t serve you, making choices that reflect your values, and redefining what it means to live on your terms.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in the “shoulds” or questioning if it’s possible to have a life you actually want, this conversation is for you.

🎧 Tune in now—link in bio. Let’s redefine what having it all looks like, together. by @pinkafe
